Does the venue allow setup and breakdown outside of rented hours?
No, setup and breakdown must be included in your rental hours so be sure to book the amount of hours including time needed for setup and breakdown.
Is there a hourly minimum to reserve the space?
Yes the minimum amount of hours the space can be booked for is 4 hours.
How much is the hourly rental rate?
The hourly rate is $100 an hour. Hourly rate does not include use of tables or chairs. Please select a package that includes it or it can be added to your rental at an additional cost. Yes we allow for you to bring in your own tables and chairs as well.
Can I use my own vendors for catering and decorations?
Yes, outside vendors are allowed. For alcohol consumptions/ open bars in house bartender is preferred but not required. All alcohol must be mixed and provided by a licensed bartender. Valid license must be submitted prior to event in order to use any outside bartenders. Please view our bar packages for liquor options via the full event planning tab.
Is smoking allowed inside the venue?
No smoking is allowed inside or outside of venue. Only smoking devices permitted are hookahs and vapes. Absolutely no illegal drugs are allowed inside the venue.
Do you allow tours to view the venue?
Yes, tours are available. Please contact for a tour.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we do offer table and chair rentals.
Is there a kitchen prep area?
Yes, there is a kitchen prep area but no cooking is allowed on site. Kitchen prep area is only for use to prep food for event.
Is there a deposit required to book the venue?
Yes, half is required to secure date.
Is there security onsite during rental?
All events ending after 12am require 1 security officer for event. Full day rentals includes security in cost. All teen parties including sweet 16 require 2 security officers for entire duration of event. Security fee is $30 hour.
